Came here while visiting Charlotte, found it in maps and thought it was worth trying. Very good pizza! And the salads are excellent. Would come back.

This is great food. The restaurant is counter service, but it's easiest to just order from their website. They give you an estimate when it will be ready and send a text when it is ready. There's a nice outdoor dining area as well as inside dining. The pistachio pizza is very good. I also love the chocolate chip canoli.

I appreciate the business reaching out to me after my initial review. They promptly refunded the amount for the pizza I had mentioned was burnt, which shows they genuinely care about customer feedback. All the other pizzas were absolutely delicious, and I’m happy with the overall experience. Thank you to the owner for the great customer service and for taking the time to make things right! ****** My old review ****** I ordered Pizzas for Pizza party at office. The Pistachio was completely burnt. This was disappointing for me and my colleagues.

First pizza place in Charlotte. Margherita pizza was wonderful. Maria pizza has a great truffle crema flavor. They have fresh brick oven pizza. Crystal and Destiny are wonderful staff members. They explain the menu, how the process works, and brought the food out quickly. If you come to this location on park road request for these ladies, they will take care of you. I will be back to location in my next visit to Charlotte

Very very delicious. I ordered through door dash, insane how fast it was on the way. Got the marguerite. The crust is very thin but the edges aren’t hard. Soft, fluffy, tasty. Wow delicious. And if I’m being honest, I was not sold based on looks alone. I was wrong. Really great tasting and they gave me a little cup of pizza sauce for any kind of dunking you might be interested in. Every pizza place should do that because it’s a phenomenal idea. Eat Inizio right now

I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to serve our great nation. Even more fortunate to have spent 1.5 years stationed in Italy. Which, in turn, made me into a pizza snob. Inizio's uses the best flour, fresh ingredients, and baked the only way a pizza should be; in a wood fired brick oven. Outstanding pizza and staff.
